Founded in 2016 by husband/wife team James & Carole Hargis.
Over the years, James has cooked at Michelin Star Restaurants as well as Relais & Chateaux hotels. He’s also received feature coverage and mentions from Food Art, Southern Living, and other publications.
Carole’s influence can be seen across the entire restaurant, from operations, to atmosphere, to food prep.
